Custom Processing Terms and Conditions.

We understand that the task of harvesting your own animal or purchasing an animal that has been locally harvested is a special process. We will walk you through this process from start to finish to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your meat processing experience.

  *****From farm to fork***** Instructions for individuals selling animals, there are very strict guidelines when it comes to the requirements of documentation when you sell an animal for personal consumption. It is required by law that when the animal arrives at our facility for processing, we are notified of the owner's name and contact information upon arrival.  For frequently asked questions regarding to these strict regulations refer to smallfarms.oregonstate.edu 

Policies & Disclosures

 Pickups and storage: We will call you once you animal has been processed and is ready for pick up. We a lot 7 days from then for your meat to be picked up. We are limited to storage space and are not a cold storage facility. If your animal is not picked up by the 7th day, we will charge $1.00 per crate per day. Animals not picked up within one month are subject to discarding or donation. 

 Offal's: We will with instruction process any offal's requested with your animal. We process offal's within 24 hours of arrival for freshness. If you do not instruct us of special packaging for your offal's they will be packaged standard for two.  

Age & Hang Time: We always try to accommodate requests for specific hang time although certain times of the year and circumstances we may not be able.

Burger Shares purchased through online store are subject to availability.  Prices may fluctuate. Pick up in person only.  Must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
